Terms of Service
01. General Scope & Technology Provision
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern the provision and use of the payment processing software, merchant API, hosted and embedded checkout, webhooks and dashboard (collectively, the "Services") operated by DOFAMINE ("Dofamine", "we", "us", or "our").
By registering a merchant account, generating API credentials, integrating our webhooks, or accessing our payment infrastructure, the entity you represent ("Merchant") accepts and agrees to be bound by these Terms.
02. How Funds Move
- Deposit addresses: each invoice, or each end user of the Merchant, receives a deposit address generated by Dofamine on the selected network.
- Collection: funds received on deposit addresses are collected into Dofamine-controlled treasury addresses on the same network.
- Merchant balance: confirmed payments, net of fees, are credited to the Merchant's balance in Dofamine's ledger. Funds become available for withdrawal under the settlement terms of the Merchant's agreement.
- Withdrawals and payouts: the Merchant withdraws or pays out its available balance to addresses it designates, subject to the security controls of its account.
03. Merchant Eligibility & Compliance
To integrate Dofamine settlement rails, Merchant must:
- Be a duly incorporated and validly existing business entity in a permissible jurisdiction.
- Provide verifiable corporate contact information and designate an authorized technical contact.
- Strictly comply with all applicable Anti-Money Laundering (AML), Counter-Terrorist Financing (CTF), and international economic sanctions (including OFAC, EU, UN regimes).
04. Prohibited Activities & Merchant Warranties
Merchant agrees and covenants not to utilize Dofamine infrastructure in connection with:
- Weapons, ammunition, explosives, or military hardware.
- Narcotics, illegal chemical substances, or unauthorized prescription medicines.
- Human trafficking, non-consensual material, or exploitation platforms.
- Ransomware, malware distribution, hacking services, or cyber-extortion schemes.
- Ponzi, pyramid, high-yield investment programs (HYIP), or fraudulent financial schemes.
- Unlicensed gambling, gaming, or wagering services operating without legitimate jurisdiction licenses.
- Transactions originating from or routed to blacklisted/sanctioned crypto wallet clusters.
05. Protocol Fees & Blockchain Gas Economics
Processing Fees: Dofamine applies processing fees agreed during merchant onboarding. Where the Merchant is connected through a partner, the partner's markup is added to the processing fee as set out in the Merchant's agreement. Figures in the partner calculator on the website are illustrative.
Network Fees: Blockchain network fees (energy and bandwidth on TRON, gas on Ethereum and Arbitrum One, fees on TON) are set by the networks and are charged as set out in the Merchant's agreement. Network fees for payouts are shown before the Merchant confirms a payout.
Irreversibility: A transfer is treated as final after the number of network confirmations Dofamine requires. Dofamine cannot cancel or reverse on-chain transfers.
06. Security, API Keys & Webhook Verifications
Merchant bears exclusive responsibility for safeguarding its API keys, private signing secrets, and server endpoints. Merchant must cryptographically verify HMAC signatures on incoming webhook notifications before fulfilling commercial orders.
07. Disclaimers of Warranties & Limitation of Liability
Dofamine provides its infrastructure on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Dofamine disclaims all liability for disruptions caused by blockchain network congestion, consensus forks, validator offline events, third-party RPC downtimes, or merchant infrastructural faults.
08. Governing Law & Arbitration
These Terms shall be governed by applicable international commercial standards. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be resolved through confidential and binding commercial arbitration.
